Playa Soleil offers a cuisine that fuses the Mediterranean with Asian food, betting on organic products of the highest quality, of local origin, where the renowned Executive Chef Cristhian Castañeda has created a suggestive proposal that pairs perfectly with the days of sun and beach, and the nights of partying and fun.

In Playa Soleil, the gastronomic proposal goes through a menu of extremely popular flavors: Mediterranean and Orient. The festival kicks off with Poget oysters au naturel or with vinaigrette, or scrambled eggs with "Real Caviar" caviar. The tuna tartare with cherries and jalapeños, or some artichokes confit and grilled with Romesco sauce, allows us to get to know the best fusion food in Ibiza.

If we are salad lovers, the Vegetable crudités with hummus and tartar sauce, or the Greek salad with tomato, feta, melon, cucumber, onion, Kalamata olives and vinaigrette, allows us to enjoy original and very refreshing dishes in a healthy way.

The meats are the star dish of Playa Soleil, with the Sirloin steak with Asian mojo and summer salad, the  grilled T-bone steak with 45 days of maturation (1kg), or the Wagyu loin with a cut, which together with the rice and fideuás allow you to get to know the most authentic flavour of the Mediterranean, such as red prawns,  on a slate or with vegetables.

With a clear vocation to surprise with the most authentic Sushi, in Playa Soleil we can enjoy a signature selection where the Shashimi, the Uramakis, such as the Eby ten or the Roto Maki, the Izusukury and the Tataki stand out.
