Five electric trucks from JAC Motors Iberia join the Dachser fleet for last-mile distribution in Madrid. A firm commitment to sustainability and responsible transport.

This facility will increase operational capacity in the national and European markets, managing up to 200,000 tons of goods and 800,000 shipments per year. With an investment of 14 million euros, the centre will feature advanced technologies and sustainability measures, starting operations, as planned, in January 2026.

The implementation of these new units for last-mile delivery substantially strengthens the project and commitment to emission-free deliveries that Dachser has initiated in the Spanish capital since 2022. The new units manufactured by JAC Motors have a real autonomy of up to 230 kilometers, making daily deliveries and collections from Dachser's central warehouses in Coslada to the most central areas of Madrid, thus contributing to improving air quality and reducing noise pollution in the city.

The international logistics services provider will expand its technological and digital innovation capabilities by creating around 100 highly qualified jobs in Porto, Portugal's second largest city, by the end of 2026.

The event, which will take place on 20 and 21 November, will be held at the La Farga exhibition centre in L'Hospitalet. This is the second consecutive year that Dachser will participate in the Paint & Coatings event, where it will highlight its DACHSER Chem Logistics solution.

An innovative e-learning system enables people who work in the warehouse on a daily basis to access personalised training at their workplace.

Under the motto "A connection that pays off", DACHSER Chem Logistics will be exhibiting at the fourth GGS – Dangerous Goods // Hazardous Substances Trade Fair, taking place from October 22 to 24 in Leipzig, Germany. GGS is Europe's only trade fair for hazardous goods and hazardous substances logistics.

Renault Trucks and Dachser are joining forces to gradually decarbonise road freight transport. In total, the logistics service provider is expanding its fleet by fifteen Renault Trucks vehicles. The fully electric trucks carry out local and long-distance transport routes every weekday at seven Dachser locations in Germany.
