The Saladier experience was ready to be shown to the world in spring 2020, with the opening of its restaurant on the Paseo del Prado in Madrid. Confinement due to the coronavirus crisis forced its inauguration to be delayed, but its creator, Walid Sultani, together with his team, decided to take advantage of that time to reinvent themselves and adapt to the new situation. One of the keys to this reinvention was based on perfecting its take away service, which is launched today as the first step in presenting this innovative experience.

The Saladier space, which has capacity for 50 diners and is equipped with all the health and safety measures that the current situation requires, is decorated with sustainable materials, with a color palette in earth tones, walnut, olive or beige to make you feel relaxation and comfort, making a nod to nature. The music, the temperature and the atmosphere will do the rest and will be configured as an ideal so suitable for a meal in the middle of the workday as to enjoy an evening evening with friends without haste.
