Malleolus de Valderramiro and Malleolus de Sanchomartín reaffirm themselves as two extraordinary Tempranillos thanks to the magnificent scores they have received. The American publication, founded in 1979, is one of the magazines dedicated to the world of wine and gastronomy with the largest audience

​Bodegas Emilio Moro, one of the benchmarks in the Ribera del Duero, continues to reap successes with its wines. It has a total of eleven references on the market and on this occasion, it is two of the members of its acclaimed Malleolus Family, specifically Malleolus de Valderramiro and Malleolus de Sanchomartín, who have taken center stage in this success.

The American publication, Wine Enthusiast, a magazine that offers content on the world of wine, has awarded these two Malleolus excellent scores. The scores received by these two references have been nothing more and nothing less than 98 points, which only corroborates the majesty of these wines, whose projection is infinite.

Malleolus de Valderramiro 2018 is named after Pago de Valderramiro, one of the historic vineyards of the Moro family, planted in 1924. It is a reference that was created to give maximum prominence to the "terroir", a very important element for Bodegas Emilio Moro. It is a powerful wine with a cherry red color with garnet rims that presents great intensity as well as elegance on the nose. On the palate it is balanced, with great body, but with sweet and friendly tannins.

In the words of the technical director of the winery, Álvaro Maestro, "Malleolus de Valderramiro is expressive, elegant and presents seriousness in the fruit", a special wine that is the perfect accompaniment to good meat.

Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2018 is another of the star Tempranillos from Bodegas Emilio Moro. He has conquered national and international critics with his expressiveness and combination of nuances. It is one of the winery's most sublime references with a cherry red color with garnet rims. On the nose it is rich in nuances with a great varietal vocation, but with the personality of the limestone soils. On the palate it is voluminous and balanced with a long and persistent aftertaste.

"Subtlety and elegance" are the words with which the president of the winery, Javier Moro, defines this wine, which he gives the seal of favourite, without hesitation.
