Juan Pedro Ramírez: The Architect of Victory and the Revolution in Luxury Dining

Speaking of Juan Pedro Ramírez is speaking of a profile that breaks the mold in the Spanish business ecosystem.

We are not looking at a conventional consultant, but rather a strategist who has successfully hybridized the precision of Business Intelligence with the exclusive sensibility of the high-end sector.

His track record validates him as an expert in attracting investment and international scalability, having worked side-by-side with CEOs of global brands like Lamborghini and managing assets in markets as demanding as Dubai.

However, the milestone that places him at the forefront today is having led one of the projects selected by the Government of Spain within the call for technological and innovative companies, financed by the European Union’s Next Generation Funds.

In an extremely competitive process where thousands of candidates applied, only 15 were chosen—his being one of the winners.

This recognition is the result of a mindset obsessed with perfection and a rigorous approach to market research.

Juan Pedro has identified that a high percentage of luxury clients do not repeat dining experiences due to a lack of customization. With his new project, Victory, he intends to redefine the industry by integrating AI and immersive experiences.

1. Juanpe, your original background is in healthcare, yet today you are a benchmark in business strategy. Who were your guides during this 180-degree turn?

Although my academic background is in healthcare, my true references in management and leadership are Amancio Ortega and Florentino Pérez.

I deeply admire their ability to generate real wealth and thousands of jobs through solid corporate structures and an enviable long-term vision.

From them, I have learned that success is not the result of chance; it requires an impeccable business plan and rigorous market research before taking any steps.

When I detected the evident stagnation in customer loyalty within the luxury sector, I saw the opportunity to apply my personal methodology to achieve technical perfection in this operation I am leading.

2. Victory is not just a name that evokes success; it seems to hide something much more intimate. What lies behind the brand?

Victory is, above all, the deepest tribute I can pay to the central figures of my life: my mother and my sister, Victoria.

They have been my unconditional support—the people who have always believed in me and pushed me to fight for my highest goals.

Furthermore, my international travels have opened my mind to understand that extreme luxury today needs an authentic emotional connection, not just a material one.

Victory was born from that perfect fusion between personal sensibility, respect for my roots, and a disruptive market strategy that seeks absolute excellence.

3. You have managed to secure a multi-million euro investment for this restaurant. How do you guarantee your partners that Victory is a model for success?

Viability is ensured by validating the concept down to the last technical and financial detail before execution.

We are starting with an investment exceeding several million euros because we are not creating a conventional restaurant, but an immersive sensory experience that does not exist anywhere else in the world.

We have built a team of true professionals and designed an advanced financial model—supported by my experience in business intelligence—to guarantee that every euro invested provides a differential value that redefines exclusivity.

It is a commitment to total quality and global scalability.

4. Expectations are at an all-time high. When and where will we be able to live the Victory experience for the first time?

The countdown is already underway. The grand opening will take place in Madrid in June 2026. Although secrecy is part of our strategy, I can reveal that it will be a true revolution where cutting-edge technology and haute cuisine merge in an unprecedented way.

We will feature the talent of Michelin-starred chefs to ensure the palate matches the level of the immersive technology.

Madrid is our starting point, but we are already working on international expansion: Dubai in 2028 and another major luxury capital in 2030.

5. What do you believe will be the biggest change Victory will provoke in the luxury dining industry in the medium term?

There is one statistic that summarizes the real problem in the sector: 76% of luxury restaurant clients do not return.

Why? Because even in the best spaces, you receive the same experience that everyone else receives.

There is no true personalization, no real exclusivity—only menus designed for the majority.

Victory resolves this in a way that was never possible before.

Our private immersive rooms with AI transport you to any place in the world you desire with a reality so tangible it will feel like a dream.

Artificial Intelligence knows your tastes with the precision your mother would—perhaps even better.

And thanks to our collaborations with major luxury brands, we will take gastronomic marketing to a level of sophistication never reached before.

Juan Pedro Ramírez is not only projecting a restaurant; he is establishing a new global standard where the most advanced technology is placed at the service of human emotion.

With the backing of European funds, a solid team, partners betting on this business structure, and undoubtedly a clear vision towards markets like Dubai, Victory is shaping up to be the brand that changes the rules of the game starting in June 2026.

I am certainly looking forward to living this experience and sharing all the sensations this great project promises via Allabor Channel.
