Finca Resalso 2021 is a Tempranillo monovarietal, aged in French oak and has a very vivid cherry red color with a very defined and intense fruity aroma of ripe red fruits, blueberries and blackberries. Once you taste it, its flavor is balanced with an easy palate, and it also has a very pleasant and long aftertaste.

This vintage is characterized by a climate of light temperatures during the spring, with accumulated rainfall in April and a summer of slightly lower temperatures than usual. This caused the plant's vegetative cycle to slow down. During the ripening season, the scarce rains that autumn favored the process. For its elaboration, the wine was macerated for 12 days in its own skins. Once this time had passed, the malolactic fermentation began in a stainless steel tank, this process lasted 30 days. Finally, it was aged in French oak.

Although it comes from the youngest vines of the wineries, its name refers to a vineyard that was planted in 1932, the year of the birth of Emilio Moro, father of the current owners, which gives this wine a very emotional character. Thus, in this red wine, the venture of the vineyards and tradition come together, giving rise to a wine that is very easy to pair with.
