The San Sebastián branch of the multinational logistics and freight transport Dachser has renewed its SQAS accreditation after verifying that it meets demanding requirements in terms of quality, safety, occupational risk prevention, the environment and Corporate Social Responsibility. On this occasion, the result obtained in the questionnaire was 84%, maintaining the percentage reached in 2019.

Continuing with the challenge of achieving a leadership position as a provider of logistics services for the chemical sector, last November Dachser renewed the SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) accreditation for transport services in the San Sebastián delegation ( Zubieta).

This renewal comes after having completed the validity of the first accreditation, granted in 2019 after passing a rigorous audit. Three years later, the Zubieta delegation has again undergone another rigorous external examination, based on the criteria of safety, occupational risk prevention, care for the environment and Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to verify that the same levels are still maintained. of excellence.

This recent accreditation has had some modifications in the SQAS questionnaire to adapt to market changes. Among the main variations is the updating of the questions referring to the measurement and management of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions from logistics providers in the Transportation Service questionnaires. Likewise, new questions have been implemented regarding the digitization of information and new requirements have been incorporated to avoid the loss of plastic pellets with the implementation of the OCS program.

After the relevant exams, the Dachser San Sebastián delegation has obtained 84% in this new version of the SQAS 2022 evaluation questionnaire, maintaining the percentage reached in 2019.
