The CEO of La Mafia will be part of the faculty of the new Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management in Hospitality organized by Talent Class, the restoration school promoted by chef Aurelio Morales, who was head chef of the entire Paco Pérez group, with more than six Michelin stars.

Together with his right-hand man, Óscar Castellano, and with the unconditional support, and some of the most prestigious chefs in the world: Oriol Castro, Albert Adriá, Carme Ruscalleda, Benito Molina, Pablo Vicari, Aitor Arregi or the chefs of Mejorar, Eduard Xatruch and Matru Casañas, Morales is committed to making haute cuisine accessible to all chefs.

The Master has been made known to the public in the form of a documentary under the title "Hospitality, from idea to success" where the protagonists are 11 icons of the hospitality industry in our country, to show the path traveled and share with viewers the success factors of your business.

The protagonists of the documentary are Charlie Saiz (Grupo Llarrumba and Grupo Carbón), Augusto Méndez de Lugo (Foodbox), Daniela Goicoechea (Goiko GrilL), Gonzalo Iceta (Healthy Poke), Paco Páez (Vips), Pablo Nuño (Manolo Bakes), Oriol de Pablo and Aleix Puig (Vicio), Iñaki Olazabal (Comess Group), Hugo Rodríguez de Prada (Grosso Napoletano), David Salvador (Tasty Poke) and Javier Floristán (The Mafia sits at the table).

The objective of the documentary has been to present the business stories of these leading brands in the restaurant sector, hand in hand with their founders, to inspire and reach all those entrepreneurs who are considering setting up a business in the hotel industry, launch a new concept of restoration or to grow a business that they already have up and running.
