Third place in the 2020 Young Researchers Awards contest

A master's thesis directed at IPHES-CERCA wins third place in the Young Researchers Awards 2020 contest.

It is about chemical cleaning applied to bone remains discovered by the IPHES in the Cova de Teixoneres, in Moià.

The contest is convened by the Spanish Group of the International Conservation Institute (GE-IIC) and this Thursday the awards were given in an online event.

The most significant contribution has been the realization of a protocol that allows implementing these chemical cleaning treatments in the fossil remains.
