In an increasingly demanding digital environment, Sanitas needed a robust solution to ensure continuous availability and high quality of its platform. The implementation of IOMETRICS® Synthetix has been key to improving operational efficiency and ensuring a flawless user experience.
After a thorough evaluation of options, Sanitas has adopted IOMETRICS® Synthetix, Datadope’s synthetic probe solution. This open source tool has allowed Sanitas to customize its monitoring to meet specific needs, quickly integrating with existing infrastructure.

IOMETRICS® Synthetix has provided Sanitas with an accurate view of the performance of its applications through continuous monitoring and the definition of recurring probes through its web portal. The alert system, with a traffic light color-coded dashboard, ensures rapid identification and resolution of problems, significantly improving the overall performance of the platform.
The tool crucially monitors the availability and response time of access to Mi Sanitas, managing failures and guaranteeing the operability of 90% of the available functions. In addition, the probes simulate key processes such as booking appointments with specialists and access to personal files. They also ensure the proper functioning of modules such as BluaU and Mi Salud, as well as innovations such as blood pressure measurement by facial recognition.
Sanitas has implemented additional probes to manage leave and retention, ensuring a frictionless experience in the Mi Sanitas app and other hospital and dental services.
