This December 25th, ROTO once again transforms into one of the most special venues for celebrating Christmas in Ibiza. The Marina Ibiza restaurant will open its doors for both lunch and dinner, offering a full day of gastronomy, music, and celebration under the XMAS ROTO concept, designed for those who want to experience a vibrant, unique, and magical Christmas.
Starting at 1:00 PM, diners can enjoy a special Christmas menu priced at €75 per person. This menu has been created exclusively for the occasion and is designed to be savored in the company of family or friends, with unparalleled views of the port and Dalt Vila. The menu includes a complimentary aperitif, a starter of Ibizan langoustine carpaccio, a main course of grilled French Rack lamb ribs, and a dessert of dulce de leche flan with vanilla Chantilly cream. A culinary selection that celebrates the Mediterranean essence of ROTO in an elegant and festive way.
The festivities will continue into the afternoon with a warm and lively atmosphere, accompanied by live music and the venue's signature sound selection. This Christmas afternoon will become the perfect meeting point to toast, get together, dance, and let yourself be carried away by the special energy that defines Christmas at ROTO.
From 8:00 PM onwards, the venue will reopen its gastronomic and musical offerings with the Christmas Piano Bar, a more intimate evening experience where live music takes center stage. This format combines the elegance of the piano with the venue's quirky and welcoming spirit, creating a unique atmosphere to end the day in an unforgettable way. In this way, ROTO once again offers a complete plan that embraces the Christmas celebration from beginning to end.
