Dachser Iberia consolidates its presence in Alicante and Valencia and strengthens its operational capacity, especially in textile exports. With this acquisition, the logistics operator reinforces its commitment to excellence and sustainable growth in the logistics industry.

In its constant search to expand its transportation network by offering the highest standards of quality and reliability to its customers, Dachser Iberia has just announced the acquisition of Transportes Martínez Albert S.L.

This is a family business with a solid reputation in the transport of goods in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia, especially in the regions of L'Alcoiá, El Comtat and La Vall d'Albaida. Both companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Transportes Martínez Albert S.L., with a staff of 54 employees and a fleet of 15 own vehicles, has been Dachser's service partner in this geographical area for more than thirty years, standing out for its leadership in service quality and its dedication to satisfying the needs of its customers in key markets. The company has a main warehouse of 4,123 m2 and a field of 8,295 m2 to support its logistics operations.

“This acquisition not only expands Dachser's own transport network in Iberia, but also provides a solid foundation to further expand its operational capacity in the region,” says Celestino Silva, Managing Director European Logistics Iberia at Dachser. “For our customers, this means having more direct access to the Dachser distribution network in Europe and also worldwide. They will be able to develop their strategy internationally with our support, always counting on Dachser's high quality of service at all times" he concludes. . With the growing trend of local companies towards exports, especially in the textile sector, Dachser is strategically positioned to support and enhance this growth. To date, Transportes Martínez Albert S.L. has operated within the Dachser network, offering the full range of entargo products and meeting the company's quality standards. However, with this full integration, current and future customers will have access to 100% of the technical solutions available at any European Dachser branch.

The Vall d'Albaida, where much of the main activity of Transportes Martínez Albert S.L. is focused, is a region with a rich industrial tradition, specialized in the textile, clothing and fur industries, and an increasingly diversified approach towards industries such as that of glass, wax, paper, plastic products, auxiliary furniture and decoration.

After the completion of the purchase process, a gradual integration will be carried out into the Dachser European Logistics Iberia business unit. Both the companies and the family owners share a management vision focused on people and values, thus guaranteeing the stability and future viability of operations throughout generations.

With this acquisition, Dachser reaffirms its commitment to sustainable growth and excellence in the provision of logistics services, consolidating its position as one of the leading suppliers in the industry in Iberia and Europe.
